Coherence

An uploaded mind in a dying virtual ship. Can you restore coherence before it's too late?

You are an uploaded mind—a ship engineer booted from a damaged backup into the crumbling virtual systems of the vessel you once called home. The ship is tearing itself apart as anti-virus programs wage war against remnants of a hostile breach.

Navigate through clusters of decaying server rooms, each a distinct zone of the ship's infrastructure. Stealth or fight your way to the root console. Find terminals to unlock the interface exits. Restore the ship's controls before the war destroys everything.

Your coherence is your life. Damage to your mind is permanent. Choose your actions wisely.

Gameplay

Move through procedurally generated rooms. Each cluster is a self-contained section of the ship's virtual infrastructure, connected to others via interface exits (). Exit paths are locked until you activate the terminal in each cluster.

Your alert.m module actively scans for nearby threats. Use corrupt.m to brute-force obstacles. Or cloak.m to lurk through the raging warzone.

  • W A S D or — move
  • . (Period) — wait for a turn
  • Enter — transfer to next cluster
  • Click tile — auto-walk to target
